I’ve been terrible at blogging this past month.  School is going well — learning Ruby, working on math, and taking World History is fairly time consuming.  Oh, on top of being a mom, getting ready for our upcoming wedding on Halloween, and building 2 more websites!  Woot!  Do I feel stretched or what? I think so.

nano_09_blk_participant_120x90.pngI am getting ready for the National Novel Writing Month — November ;) 50,000 words in 30 days!  I am up for the challenge.  Check them out at http://www.nanowrimo.org — Come write with me!  I am so excited.  I love writing and it would be nice to work towards getting published, too.  If you like to write, this is definately the place to go!  It’s going to be fun.  I even found a regional group in my area (Spokane, WA) that meets often during the month of November so I can meet up with others and write to my heart’s content!  I’ve got my daughter involved and she is getting her english teachers involved at her school as well!  This is NaNo’s 11th year!  Very Cool!  Come join us and write to your heart’s content… like me!!

okay off the sales pitch!  Looking forward to the coming weeks with our wedding, another online Vendor faire as well as some other coming attractions.  I do have a pretty big work load going on this quarter, so I am not marketing GRT a whole lot.  But I am not shutting down the site either ;)   Just not actively persuing the marketing crowd.  I do have a Holiday Shopping Bazaar that I am going to be part of on November 21st with a great group of peeps!  So I guess November is going to busier than I thought!  Ah, what’s a little chaos, right?!?!?!

Happy Friday everyone! Hope the weather is not rainy like it is here!

The Sept. Harvest Faire on Friday went very well.  I did have to leave just before the end — bless my kids’ hearts.  (Being a mom of teenagers is a job in itself sometimes.)  We had a great turn out at the faire, with new peeps and of course our favorite regulars, as well!  All in all, it went very well.  Now I am gearing up for the 4th Annual Black Cat Bash on Oct 2nd!

GRT’s facebook is growing with fans — 6 more days and everyone finds out who is the lucky winner to a Special Edition GRT Wickless Wonder™ — not available for sale until Oct 2nd.  Don’t forget to sign up for the GRT Blog newsletter — all subscribers will be entered in a drawing on Sept 20th for a sneak peak of another product avail Oct 2nd — the long awaited GRT Witch Basket™.

I am gearing up for classes starting next week.  I am very excited about getting back to class. Looks like Ruby, math, and World History for fall quarter.  Pretty stoked about this.  and my work study starts next week as well.  So this fall is going to be extra busy!  We are also getting ready for our Halloween nuptuals.  Slowly, we are getting the inside and outside done, as we are having it all at our home.  And lots of out-of-town peeps coming for our special weekend!

Thanks to everyone who participated in the Faire on Friday!  Hope y’all have a great week!
